Casa Llevant

Casa Llevant is situated on one level. The main entrance through the precious ancient stone wall leads directly into the vast living and dining space, which is connected to an open plan kitchen. Nevertheless a kitchen can be closed with two large sliding doors concealed within the wall.

There is a skylight along the working zone in the kitchen that allows toplighting to come in throughout the day, and serves for the ventilation purposes, as well. There is a direct access to the kitchen from an entrance hall as well. The kitchen features a separate pantry and storage area.

The living room offers unobstructed views of the swimming pool and indigenous landscape through large panoramic double pocket doors that can be concealed within the wall, and through the others sliding glass doors. Actually it lets join a 62 m2 pergola terrace (seating and dining area) with an inside living space and lets habitants to connect with a nature.

A wood-burning suspended fireplace is possible to install to make your winter evenings more comfortable and cosy.
